1. The connecting bolts for vibration and electrical grounding should be equipped with spring washers.
2.During the construction process, do not step on the bridge piers with hard soled shoes, and do not drop construction tools or damage the bridge piers.
3. The cable fixation on aluminum alloy bridges should comply with the provisions of the Electrical Cable Design Regulations.
4. The installation of aluminum alloy bridges must be carried out in accordance with the installation and usage instructions or relevant information provided by the manufacturer.
5. Measures should be taken to prevent damage to the aluminum alloy bridge and its surface protective layer during processing, lifting, and construction.
7. The construction of aluminum alloy bridges should be carried out in accordance with approved projects. If it is necessary to modify the design, the consent of the original project unit must be obtained.
Aluminum alloy bridges are strictly prohibited from being used as pedestrian walkways, stairs, or parking platforms, and their supports must not be used as supports for lifting goods. Safety measures should be taken for high-altitude operations.
11. The configuration of straight sections of pallets and stairs should be carried out through expansion joints, which are composed of expansion connection plates. Each appropriate distance should be determined based on the temperature difference in the engineering environment.
12. Shanxi aluminum alloy bridges coated or painted on the surface must be repaired with appropriate anti-corrosion paint or paint after cutting and drilling. Anodized surfaces cannot be repaired.
13. For Shanxi aluminum alloy bridges installed on steel brackets or steel bars, when the surface of the steel structure is hot-dip galvanized, the bridge can directly contact the aluminum alloy bridge; When the surface is coated with a powder like coating, the contact between PVC and aluminum alloy bridge should be isolated.
1) At the center between adjacent sliding joints, the tray and staircase frame are fixed to the bracket by a fixed press.
2) Other suspensions should use guide rails to limit the lateral position of pallets and stair frames, so that they can be stretched longitudinally from a fixed position to both sides.
3) The connecting bolts between the telescopic connecting plate and the tray and side of the staircase frame are not tightened during installation to adapt to the longitudinal tension of the tray and staircase frame.
